NK Cell Expansion Kit

Spectrum Biologics NK Cell Expansion Kit consists of trophoblast cells that stimulate and activate NK cells (NK/TIL Cell Expansion Reagent) and NK cell basal medium. NK/TIL Cell Expansion Reagent is an irradiated and inactivated engineered K562 cells that express various cytokines, such as IL-21, and is paired with the NK cell basal medium to achieve targeted activation and massive expansion of NK cells derived from umbilical cord blood and peripheral blood single nucleated cells. Under the synergistic signaling effect of various cytokines, NK cells derived from umbilical cord blood and peripheral blood mononuclear cells cultured in vitro were activated in a targeted manner and expanded in large quantities, and the purity of the NK cells obtained was high.

Application of NK Cell Expansion Kit

  • Suitable for the preparation of NK cells and CAR-NK cells derived from peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood.

  • Process development stage: shorten the time and cost of early process development of cell therapy products, and better help customers to promote the development of CAR NK/NK cell therapy products.
